Answer
If your rear window wiper and rear washer do not work, and your washer fluid tank under the hood is full, you probably have some broken wires in the harness to the rear hatch. Raise the rear hatch and look near the body of the vehicle, near the right hinge. There is a wire harness, covered, that probably has several broken wires in there. When the rear hatch opens and closes it stresses those wires; and, over time they break. Check that out and let me know what you find.
