Suzuki Repair: geo tracker front brakes, geo tracker, preasure

Question
my friend has a 95 geo tracker and the front brakes lock up we replaced the master cylinder, checked for kinked lines and hoses bled brakes and they still lock up after a bit of pumping but release if you open the bleedeer screw. it has rear anti lock brakes but im stumped i have never seen both calipers do this  with the same preasure while driving they both lock up and the truck doesnt drift to one side whats you sujjestion.   help im lost

Answer
There needs to be some free play between the master cylinder(more than currently exists) and the push rod connected to the pedal.  The too-close clearance(actually negative clearance) is making it impossible for the fluid to flow back to the master cylinder reservoir, thus keeping the brakes applied.
