Towing Issues: I need to hire a tow bar expert for case in Florida, private question, towing systems

Can you recomend an expert for hire who can testify about the use of tow bars for towing automobiles.

Well this question is hard to answer as there are to many issues which would affect the answer.

Tow bar???  I am wondering if you mean the kind like where you would tow a vehicle behind an RV

Or we call some of our tow truck systems a tow bar (that is old style towing systems)
