Towing Issues: Tow, local police department, towing company

Question
My car was Towed....However I parked my car in the designated area, the problem is, these unscrupulous guys actually pushed my car from the spot then took the picture and hook it up to the tow truck......I know they lied however I paid ...only to find out later in the afternoon my neighbor came over to tell me that he witness them pushing my car and taking the picture and he is willing to testify!!!!!!!
Please what recourse do I have?

I definitely would contact the local police department and file a report. Depending on what state you are in it may be considered theft. If not. at least fraud. If you have a witness I would pursue it. You can google "predatory towing" and see if there are any other issues with this towing company or any in your area. Let me know what you find out.
