Towing Issues: towing from impound, michigan public service commission, michigan public service

Question
I live in Michigan.  I just bought a tow dolly.  I plan to use it to bring cars home to repair and sell.  However, I got the idea to also do some towing locally for people in need.  My question is can I tow a car from an impound to a person's house, without any credentials?  It is just me, my truck and a tow dolly.  Do I need something else to do this?  How much does this type service usually charge?

Thanks

Answer
Well I would love to tell you all your answers about towing for hire but I do believe that you will run into a lot of problems and issues if you try it with the tow dolly.

Michigan Public service commission regulates towing for hire and I bet that any fines you would get would make it very costly to try.

You can call them and see what they tell you as that would be the best answer.  I know that people do always want the cheapest tow, but there is also a few things to consider, like "you get what you pay for"

Sorry for not having a good answer but this is just one that has a lot of potential issues.
