QuestionHello. I just bought a 1993 Nissan UD 1800 tow truck. I need a battery for it and do not know which is the best one for this particular truck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
AnswerWell, it does take 2 batteries (on the diesel engines) and as to BRANDS, well that depends on you and the ones that are available...
I would be looking at "COMMERCIAL BATTERIES" instead of batteries available at places like Wal-Mart...
Interstate Batteries are good, as are ones from NAPA....
Hard to really answer this question as it depends on what you have available. Just remember do not shop on price, shop on capacity, cranking amps, reserve capacity, warranty and such.
