Towing Issues: Condo Assoc. towing, strange laws, tow company

Question
Is it legal, in the state of Ohio, for condo or homeowners assoc. to tow a commercial vehicle from the owners private property if it is in violation of the bi-laws and they have been warned many times? If so, to protect yourself, what is the legal procedure for this?

Answer
Condo and homeowner associations are ones where they have different rules and regulations regarding what can be parked or not in the complex...

This complicates the matter big time. If the lease - rental - purchase agreement states no commercial vehicles, or no purple vehicles you are out of luck...
It can be towed then..

Now Ohio also has some strange laws regarding towing laws where its up to the city or county it is in regarding what is legal, the State does have some regulations but they also pass the buck to a lot of other jurisdictions..

Well other than legal problems which I can not foresee, you will have to have a signed authorization form to impound the vehicle which the tow company provides, there will have to be some signs posted at the entrances... And then the tow company has a bunch of stuff to do to legally file a lien on the vehicle after it is towed.
