Towing Issues: towing laws, business share, college business

Question
If i park in 30 minute visitors parking at a building where a college & business share.  Can i be towed?  The sign only states 30 minute parking for visitors & that is it. The city is Ontario, California

I am lost here,  I guess you attend the college ? and as such have a permit to park in the lot..

I would say that if you have a sticker - permit from the college and you park in the "visitors space" then you are breaking the law as you are not a visitor and as such are subject to tow...
