Towing Issues: my friends truck was towed for DUI i belive, lake elsinore ca, dmv ca

My friend got his truck towed for a DUI i think. He went to jail and now i don't know where his truck is. The question is because his truck was not yet in his name and... i have personal belonging's in his truck that i need to get back A.S.A.P. what can i do?????  Lake Elsinore CA.  please send me a answer ASAP

Well if the truck is not in his name or your name, there will be a problem with the "legal owner" being able to redeem the vehicle or get belongings out of the vehicle...

I would suggest that you contact the tow company and see what they say about the property of yours...
But I imagine that you would have to kind of prove it belongs to you...
