Questioni own honda 2001 crv all wheel drive. my car was towed with rear wheels down facing forward with car in park... can this damage transmission? car was driven about 2 miles tops, at about 30 mph tops....

The vehicle should of been flatbed'ed or towed and dollies used... Did it cause problems, well the chances are there, but its really hard to say it did or did not do damage..
But if I was a betting man, then I would tend to agree there is big chance for it happening....
Now you did not mention as to the reason for the tow, that is also a factor here... Impounds and such are one thing, breakdowns are another... And how do you know it was towed that way, that far and that fast? Did you follow it or are you guessing...
A lot of the answer would depend on what really happened.
