Towing Issues: vistors parking issue, catoosa county georgia, georgia gov

I am on the Board in a common properties estate in Catoosa county Georgia. The association have a common parking  for vistors as stated in the restrictions and by-laws.We are having problems with member oweners illegaly parking in this lot. after being told many times
Can you help me with setting up to have the cars towed ?
lAWS AND SUCH. everything we need to do to be legal.

Since there are a few "conditions" that would have to be meet, I will let you go though the information on the site and find out what is required for your area...

Also be advised that their are rules being changed right now, which might change things soon.. You know lawmakers, always trying to redo something.
