Towing Issues: leinsale time perameters, tow yard, perameters

after only 6 days can a tow yard request 25.00 per day  storage, 120.00towing  and charge 70.00 to conduct the lein sale for a total sum of 340.00

Ah  in a few states (ok I do not have that info to provide a better answer) there are provisions where vehicles deemed "abandoned" or junk can be disposed of quickly...Also a few states also have value limits on different lien processes to be used...

Also the lien letter you got might be one were it lists the "CHARGES TO DATE" at the time of the letter.  Each day the storage increases so it could be more.

Best answer I can provide for you is to check out the state laws of your state and research "towing liens" and you might find specific information..
