Towing Issues: improper reasons for towing, parking violation ticket, handicap parking space

Question
I'm gearing up to fight a ticket/towing of my car, and am wondering what are the legal reasons a towing may be uncalled for?  Can any parking violation be cause for towing?

Answer
Oh my what a OPEN ENDED question.

you want to fight the towing charges and reason for towing a vehicle, and as such want to know it any parking violation can be used to authorize a tow..

Well as a funny kind of answer for you, sure it can IF the vehicle has tires, an engine, it is painted some color and was parked in a manner to break the law.

Joking aside, this question has a lot to be discussed and disclosed before really providing an honest and correct answer.

What are the reasons listed for the violation on the parking violation ticket.  Is it on a City street, State Highway, was it blocking traffic, was it in a handicap parking space.  Was it left at a parking meter for an excessive amount of time over the paid for time.  Was it faced the wrong way on the street.  Was it parked in the middle of the road.  Was it in an area  where there are street cleaning days or snow removal zones which meant it had to be removed for that reason.

Was it blocking a fire hydrant, or parked in a loading zone. Was it blocking a driveway.  Was it a potentially dangerous looking vehicle which could of been a possible terrorist bomb near a public building.

All of those and about 23844939030 more reasons could be a reason for towing a vehicle away.

I am sorry that I can not provide any real answer for you as I sense that you are looking for specific answers to your problem and my crystal ball is a bit fogged up due to the warm weather we are having here in Alabama.
