Towing Issues: Poorly Marked Spaces, security guard, ramp

Question
My car was recently towed because the security guard at our complex said that I parked in a handicap access spot.  The spot had faded very choppy white lines running through it and only half of the space had the choppy lines while other spaces were newly painted.  There was no ramp, or blue curb or a no parking sign.  I have seen other cars parked there all the time and nother has ever happend to them, so I thought that spot was turned into a parking spot and event he property manager was not sure about that.  My car had been parked there for maybe 2-3 hours and the guard had it towed.  Is there a case for me here to argue this? and who's responsibility would it be to reimburse me if I do have a case?

Answer
painted or not lines, signs or not,  vehicles get towed everyday legally and illegally..  State or even City laws regulate this. No way to tell from the question as I do not know where you are.

People make mistakes all the time, and as such it causes problems.
Now the Guard is usually under instructions as to what do to regarding towing vehicles...2 hours or 2 minutes if they were told to keep vehicles out of that space then he would be following orders.
The fact that vehicles were there before might just mean the rules have changed.

As to getting someone to reimburse you, heck you never know what the courts would do or rule.
