Towing Issues: Towed from own condo, tow zone, fuzzy math

I parked in a 30 minute parking spot for about 16 hours at my condo. Most people park there for a few hours without a problem. I happened to park there at about 6 pm last night. Anyway, nowhere is it posted that this is a tow zone, and i was on my way down to remove the car from the spot (about 30 minutes after i recieved word it was going to be towed), do i have any case for reimbursement?

Unless there is some kind of fuzzy math that I do not know about, then you were in the wrong... I mean come on, you admit parking in a 30 minute zone for 16 hours..

Tow zone sign or not, will most likely not matter.. It said 30 minutes...
As to the case for reimbursement, I highly doubt that you have a leg to stand on with this issue, but courts have been known to go for stupid excuses and reasons before...

Good luck but I think this is one of lives expensive lessons which you just got taught.
