Towing Issues: illeagally towed vehicle, small claims court, towing services

My truck was towed from a parking space in front of the complex where i live.  I had the proper decal on my windshield, and it is a space where i have been parking a few times a week for over a year.  My landlord also agrees that i was in a correct parking space.  Also there are now scratches on my front fender.
I have asked to see pictures of my truck from when when it was supposedly illegally parked, and the company has not been able to show me any documentation of it.  In my mind, Professional Parking has been able to get away with stealing my truck, damaging it, inconveniencing me for multiply hours, and then selling it back to me.  What is the best way for me to get reimbursed?

Well the answer to the best way to get reimbursed is the small claims court route..   
If you are parked legally or illegally you always have the option of going to court...   

As to asking for the pictures, well hopefully they did take pictures (not everywhere its required by law) but then some towing services are a bit into the "GRAY AREA's " of the law.  Hate to say it but yes there are some towing services which are honest and some not so honest...
