Towing Issues: S70 Volvo XC wagon towing capacity, volvo xc, grain elevators

I have a 2002 S70 Volvo XC wagon and wish to tow a 21 ft Hurricane SD 217 with a Johnson Outboard 150 hp.  Is this vehicle capable?

I could not find information easily on the 2002 version, but the 2007 XC70 with 2.5L turbo 5 cyl has a towing capacity of 3300 pounds.

You don't give any idea what your boat/trailer and motor would weigh, so if you don't have that information, the dealers for those items should, or if you already have the boat, take it to a scale (at most truck stops or grain elevators) and have it weighed.
