Hello, my recommendation here would be to make sure there are no intake air leaks or vacuum leaks, check all hoses connected to the air filter and the intake system, if the check engine light is not on the problem may be a sticking idle air control valve, it's located on the bottom of the throttle body which should be removed and then the IAC valve can be removed and cleaned or replaced, the main issue is that carbon deposits form over time causing the valve to stick causaing engine stalling, hard starting hesitation on take off, both the IAC and the throttle body should be cleaned using air intake cleaner and a brush to remove carbon deposits.
