Toyota Repair: 1992 Toyota p/u V6

I have a rough idle / miss issue, seems to smooth out at 2500+ rpms. Have tried replacing everything recommended in my Toyota Tech service manual. Have replaced Fuel Filter, Fuel pressure regulator, EGR valve, EGR Modulator, Injectors, BVSV Sensor, Water Temp Sensor, Plugs, Plus Wires, Dist. Cap, Rotor button, Cleaned Plenum, Charcoal Canister, Throttle Position Sensor, checked vacum lines for leaks.

Hello, I think my next step would be to do an engine compression test, this may be a low cylinder possibly burned valve and it could also be a leaking headgasket so these two items should be checked, I'd start with a compression test, each cylinder should have 160-180psi compression.
