Toyota Repair: Check Engine light on Sequoia 2008, oxygen sensor, toyota dealer

Hi,
    I have sequoia 2008 PURCHASED on JUNE 2008. It has only 24500 mile. Check engine light come and goes.When I Start and  shut down engine 5 or 6 times continously light goes off for few days then again it comes on. Auto zone checked and provide me troubleshooting code P2238.Is it in still under warranty.I have this sequoia almost 40 months.How much it will cost to fix.

The P2238 code is for the oxygen sensor (O2sensor) bank 1 sensor 1, this is located at in the exhaust pipe just after the exhaust manifold and before the catalityc converter on the driver's side, it should be replaced.The sensors are warranted for 3yrs/50,000 miles in most states in the US. Check with your Toyota dealer.
