Toyota Repair: 1994 Toyota pickup ignition switch issue, manual tranny, release pin

Question
My 1994 Toyota, 4 cyclinder pickup manual tranny with 190K miles, still run good if it starts.Believe the truck has a worn-out ignition switch and occasionally does not start. Now the situation is getting worse, I couldn't be able to turn the key at all then by turning the steering wheel, I accidently turned it to far and it the entire wheel is locked up so, key won't turn, wheel locked up, now the question is:
1. how can I release the steering wheel back to its original position.
2. what does it take to remove and replace that ignition switch from the steering wheel columm? I open all the steering cover and realized that the switch clamp on the sterring columm that uses a clamp which has no bolt head sharp tfrom any wrench I know of.

Answer
The entire switch does not need to be replaced if you can somehow wiggle the key back to the acc position, then you can depress a release pin on the bottom of the lock housing and pull the cylinder out and replace it with a new one. Those bolts are anti-theft bolts on which the heads break off after tightening, to remove them they have to be drilled out or somehow turned.
