I'm trying to figure out how to adjust my 2003 Camry's parking brake cable( alittle too slack now). can you tell me how or tell me where I can order a repair manual?

The problem is not the cable adjustment it is the adjustment of the rear brakes themselves or the emergency brake drum adjustment on the rear discs.
