Toyota Repair: Sienna 2000 Lighter and Clock Dead, cigarette lighters, fuse box

Question
I got my second hand Sienna 2000 LE (current mileage 145000) for 9 months now. From the time I purchased it, the cigarette lighters on the bottom dashboard and at the back seat were dead. I was not bothering them since I still can use the other one. But in the last two weeks, the last available lighter along with the clock were dead. I tried to consult the user manual for the location of the fuses, but I ended up in confusion locating them. There are no label in the fuse box, and I could not even locate the fuse box at the passenger side of engine compartment.
Another issue, my back seat blower could only blow cold air. Heat could only be blown by front blower. Where should I start to check?

Answer
The fuses for the power outlets are in the fuse box on the inside of the left lower dash behind the cover, the fuses are marked on the inside of the cover, the fuse you should replace are the ones marked power and power outlet. The A/C issue is too involved and you should consult the dealer for this as I have no answer for this.
