The P0128 is a thermostat malfunction so I would start by replacing it. The other codes are emission control related. A lot of times they come up because the gas cap was left loose or left off so make sure the gas cap is not the problem, clear the codes by removing the neg bat terminal for ten seconds and see if these codes come back.
