Toyota Repair: Noisy Tacoma, air intake hose, air filter

My 2002 Tacoma 2WD 5 speed manual 2.4L has 92k and a loud rattle during warm idle. If I increase RPM just slightly it seems to disappear.  When I get under it I seem to pin point the noise to the area where the engine joins to the transmission on the passenger side. It doesn't seem to be getting louder but sometimes its more noticeable than others. Runs great otherwise, what do you think it is?

Noises can travel and appear to be coming from an area but originating somewhere else, check toake sure the noise is not coming from the catalityc converter heatshield, also check the air intake hose from the air filter to the body, these can sometimes cause rattle noises especially at idle.
