Follow up to a question I asked Tim,I'll start from scratch and add the info. Check engine light on Code: P0441, Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow.
Problem: Everytime I fill the tank The Car runs rough for 30 second....won't idle dies out. I have to fill up. If I take the gas cap off anytime during the the tank full nothing happens...runs fine. If Im empty and stop and put 5 gal in it the tach may bounce once or twice to 200-300 rpm but then right back to 900-1000, only when you fill all the way up do I have the stalling out for the first 30 seconds, after that...perfect until the next fill up.

It sounds like fuel is getting into the charcoal canister, which is only supposed to receive fuel vapors, this could be caused by a defectgive fuel overfill check valve on the tank, I'd like to send you a schematic of the system, please give me an email address to send it to. Although this is not a common problem, it's a possibility.
