Toyota Repair: Location of relay, inner fender, toyota camry

I have a 1998 Toyota Camry with a faulty tail light and backup light relay.  The lights(back up, tail and stop) on the trunk doesn't light up; however, all the others function properly...I was quoted a price of $300 to have   this relay replaced.  Where is this relay's location and is it possible for an average person to replace it? Is there a part number?  Thank you.

The relay is located in the trunk on the left side inner fender area, remove the side carpeting, the relay is mounted on a metal brace from the inside so it's not easily visible, you should be able to follow the wires going to it, there is a part number on the relay.
