Toyota Repair: Tune Up, 18 wheelers, fan motor

My 94 Toyota 3vze v6 has lost some of its power over the years (180K mi)  To get it back to "like new", what would you recomend other than plugs wires cap etc (I have done these).  

Also, some 3vze engines in other trucks seem to pull very strong and others seem pretty weak.  Any reason you can think of?

One more.  My heat/ac don't blow very hard at all even on full blast.  The fan motor is newer.  Is there something I can do to get more wind?

This engine has always been disappointing in the power department, I used to own a 1990 4-Runner and on some of the mountain passes 18-wheelers were passing me, not much else that can be done except keeping it tuned up other than a complete rebuild. Not sure what's going on with the fan motor, does it work on all speed settings?
