Engine Rotates But Will Not Start 1995 Toyota Camry Four Cylinder Engine

There are a few things that could cause this, a loss of spark to the spark plugs, loss of fuel pressure or a broken timing belt. Check for spark by pulling one of the spark plug wires out put a spark plug into the end of the connector, make sure the spark plug body is grounded, turn the engine over , the spark should jump across the air gap of the spark plug, the fuel pressure needs to be checked with a pressure gauge, the timing belt can be checked by removing the distributor cap and checking to see that the rotor turns when the engine is cranked, if it doesn't the timing belt is the problem.
