Toyota Repair: dash crack, vertical cracks, dash pad

I have an 04 4runner with 2 large vertical cracks on the passenger side dash board.  I do live in Texas, but my car doesn't spend that much time in the sun. Most of the summer it sits in a carport, so the cracks really caught me by surprise.  What can I do about them?

There are two options, either replace the dash pad or find a local vinyl repair place that can repair the cracks, the toyota dealer can refer you to one if there's one in the area that they deal with, most dealers have an outside vendor that they sublet upholstery or vinyl repairs to.
