Toyota Repair: 96 camry engine vibration, engine vibration, camry

My husband just replaced the front engine mount today and now the car has terrible engine vibration if in reverse, and quite a bit if in drive but with the brakes on.  If idling in park or driving at city speeds, it is ok.  Haven't taken it over 50mph yet.  Also, the engine really shakes the whole car at ignition.

I will need more info to help you. Is it a V6 or 4 cylinder?
How many miles on car? Why did he replace it? When you say
front do you mean front of the motor or front of the car?
Was it a new one from toyota or parts store? Was it a used one?
If it didn't do these things before he replaced it then you probably
know what the answer will be.
