Toyota Repair: 93 toyota pickup, jumper wire, diagnostic connector

Question
i bought a wrecked toyota pickup with the 22re motor.  I fixed the cosmetic damage to the front end and now the fuel pump will not kick on.  I changed the pump and tried jumping out the two sylenoids i read about.  Now i have no clue.  i jumped a sylenoid behind the glove box and the efi sylenoid under the hood.  Any ideas?

Answer
Open the diagnostic connector under the hood and turn the key on, place jumper wire between the terminals B+ and FP, this will power up the fuel pump by bypassing all the relays, if the fuel pump still doesn't run then there is a problem in the wiring but most likely the pump needs to be replaced.
