Toyota Repair: coolant, 2007 toyota solara, toyota solara

I have a 2007 toyota solara and from time to time I spell cooolant I smell it when I start the car when it is cold and than when I park it and it would be warm. I have asked toyotal to check it 3 times but they state they do not know There is no leaks and I see nothing on my engine A friend of mine told me to tell toyota to check the freeze plug please help

Does the engine overheat? Does the coolant level in the coolant reservoir drop? The toyota dealer should pressure test the cooling system just to make sure that there is not a leak, it would be unusual for there to be a leak but it's not impossible, the dealer should make every effort to make sure there is not a problem and the first step is to pressurize the cooling system and check for leaks.
