Although I would not recommend doing this yourself to remove the alarm the left kick panel is removed and the lower finish panel below the steerring wheel, cut any of the wires that are spliced into the existing wire harness with scotchlock connectors, remove the alarm computer and it's wiring, there is a relay put into the wire for the ignition switch, cut the wire and remove the relay and then splice the wire back together.
