Toyota Repair: Hiace bus losing power, obd ii, tdlc

Hi, I need your help to solve a problem with a Hiace bus. The "check engine" light comes on when going up hill and the vehicle loses all power. My repairer cannot find the diagnostic point can you tell me where it is on this vehicle: Toyota Hiace bus Model: KZH120G-HHPET,  ENGINE 3000CC DIESEL T EFI. I will be very glad if you can help me.

No I can't help you. We do not have Toyota diesels in North America, nor a Hiace.
If it's an old OBD-I Toyota, there is generally a TDLC-1 in the engine bay marked DIAGNOSTIC, and TDLC-2 under the dash. Bridging TE1 & E1 and turning the key to ON will case the check engine light to flash the code.
If it's OBD-II compliant, it'll generally be within inches of the fuse box in the dash.
