Toyota Repair: 99 Toyota Camry starting problems, toyota camry, fuel rail

Question
I have a '99 Toyota Camry that does not want to start right away when it has been driven for a while and the engine is hot.  Any suggestions on what could be wrong and what needs to be done to fix it?  The battery and starter have been checked and are fine.

Answer
Check the fuel pressure 5 minutes after the car has been shut off. It should read atleast 25psi at the fuel rail. If not, replace the pump & main filter.
Afterwards, if the problem remains, make sure the EFI Main relay is operating & sending power to the basic engine systems.
