Toyota Repair: 98 Toyota 4 Runner Headlight/Front Side Marker light, halogen bulb, side marker

I need to replace the Headlight Halogen Bulb and the bulb on the front side marker. Bought car new and now lights finally burned out. Question: Is the headlight a sealed light and if so, do I have to replace the entire headlight assembly? or can I just change the halogen bulb? Also, on the front side marker lights. How do I change the small bulb inside there, cannot seem to remove that piece of assemble even when I removed one screw holding it. Do I have to remove the entire headlight assembly as well? to remove and replace the side front marker bulb?.
*Going back to my first question on headlight halogen bulb replacement if possible, the insulator connector to bulb seems so fragile, how do I remove that. Do I just pull on it or do I have to turn it a certain way or a combination of it? Appreciate your professional advice.

The halogen bulb can be replaced, turn the collar that holds it in to release the bulb, if it's the left side the battery has to be removed to get to it, the side marker lens can be popped out after the small screw is removed by carefully prying it foreward with a screwdriver at the radiator crossbrace, do not pry on the outside of the fender, there are plastic clips holding it on and the marker lens nust be pried foreward not outward.
