Toyota Repair: Rav4 dashboard light, dashboard light, instrument cluster

Question
I looked through the manual and there is no mention of the small red light that is now lit on the dash at the left side of the wheel. It stays on all the time. It is in the middle rectangle of 3 that are on the dash, but there are no other lights there. The manual just shows the 3 rectangles, no lights. Do you have any idea what it means? The car seems to be running good but it is a '96 with about 110K miles. Thanks!

I need to know exactly what this light looks like, I tried looking at the repair manual and it doesn't show the lights on the instrument cluster only the symbols on a seperate page, if you could describe the light and tell me what shape it is I can tell you what it is.
