Toyota Repair: Toyota Previa Starter Removal, toyota previa starter, mounting bolt

Question
Need to replace a '93 Previa starter, but cannot get to the top bolt.  How do I reach it?  (All the manuals just say remove bolts, but it's not that easy) Thanks any info would be helpful.

Both bolts that connect the starter to the bellhousing are 14mm in size and are accessed from the rear, the top bolt is located right next to the transmission mounting bolt which is 14mm in size, there is also a small bracket on top held on with a 12mm nut which has to be removed.
