Tractor Repair: international 1086 steering, drive shaft, remotes

I have 1086 international when you are turning the steering it is tight and it is hard to push the clutch at the same time.I have just serviced the hydraulics and that did not help.Do you have any answers

Hello,

  The steering, clutch, TA and brakes are supplied by the same pump.  The remotes and hitch are supplied by a different pump.  If the hitch and remotes don't work either, then the drive shaft that drives the pumps has failed.  If the hitch and remotes still work, then the front pump could be bad, or there could be a spool stuck or gasket blown in the multiple control valve.
