Hi Drew, my 843 is starting very hard. Takes many attempts to get fuel flowing thru lines. New primer bulb will not fill. Does get some fuel, maybe 1/2 full. New pickup line and backflow preventer in tank. P Bulb is in right direction. Seems to help if you rapidly feather throttle to get started. Never seems to reach max R's or power and as soon as u engauge hydraulics it robs 50% of power!  Help !!! Thanks SCOTT

Question: New primer bulb will not fill?  If you changed the pick up line, did you my chance have the lines crossed. We need to make sure that there is unrestricted flow of fuel to the filters then at the pump. Might try to get a fuel can and put the line from the primer bulb in the can,then prime the system. If you are still having the problem bypass the filters then try it. If you are still having a problem then we are going to have to check the pump then compression, follow up with your results.
