hi there, i have a vauxhall zafira 2004 1.6 16v club, i was wondering if you could tell me where the egr valve is located as i need to replace it,

You're best off googling for this, I don't have manual for this car and I've never worked on one.
Get on the vauxhall forum/owners club etc -

One thing, the EGR valve is very robust, it;s subjected to exhaust gasses in excess of 500 Degrees C, usually it just needs cleaning rather than replacing - a good quality carb/intake cleaner like STP carb cleaner, or one of the old fashioned makes like wynn's should do the trick - get on  to the vauxhall forum/club for how to use it on your specific car.

Sorry I cant help more, my internet is really slow right now (56k) and I can't download manuals-they take days!
