Volvo Repair: 2003 S60 A/C, auto temp, coolant

Question
I have a S60 2.4, no turbo. after driving for 1 hour  air does not flow thru the vents. after turning off the a/c for 5-10 min. very cold air flows. I can then turn the a/c back on. I need to go thru this cycle to keep cool. it does not matter if I am in Auto temp control, keep in recycle cabin air, use outside air, or use manual temp control. have been to the dealer many times they claim they cannot reproduce this problem.
One time they said the coolant was low and they recharged the system. the problem persist. is there a fix or am I all alone out here.

Answer
Jeff, funny you should ask this question.  We actually had one this week in the shop doing that problem.  It is one of the motors causing the problem.  The dealer kept sending us the wrong motors so it was definately a learning experience.  I would keep bugging the dealer to fix it.  Car should be under warranty till 50K miles.  If they cant fix it, they need to get Volvo Tech services involved.  Roger
