Volvo Repair: 95 850 seat belt stuck, turbo wagon, negative energy

Question
When I got in my car today the seat belt refused to come out, it is fully retracted and locked. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi JJ,
      My opinion is...the seat belt was caught up in negative energy created by...mercury in retrograde...
       Look out for coins or other items that drop into the inner reaches of seat belt useage...
      The secondary answer:..If problem persists go
go to junk yard and buy seatbelt and install as needed.
