Volvo Repair: fixing door handles and window, dimmer switch, door handle

Question
I notice it says 240,but, on the car it says 242dl would the parts be the same and what do I ask for when I need a door handle for left inside and right outside door handle and a regulator for the left side because I can't roll the window all the way up.Also my panel lights are not working could that be a fuse or what?I believe the previous owner had the panel lights worked on last year before I bought it. I saw a receipt le3ft in car.

the door handles should be the sam but not sure on a window regulator as most 240,s were 4 door and a 242 is a 2 door larger door area on 2 door so window would be different but not sure on the regulator.lights could be bad dimmer switch or wiring problem.
