Volvo Repair: Door panel, interior panel, release lever

Question
How can I remove the interior panel on the rear lift gate of my 1995 850 wagon. its flapping in the breeze and I want to replace all the clips that secure (never has been right) it to the door.
I have it loose accept by the interior release lever.

you need to insert a small screwdriver in the top of the trim around the handle then pry down and out with it.it is not easy to get off.what the panel will need is a repair kit offered by volvo and some new clips because some will break when removing the panel.the reason for the kit is the panel is broken where the clips hold it at the top.
