Question-------------------------Please note, that i have driven the care in low gear on 4 different ocassions but condition does not improve, could it be that a choke device is stuck in wrong position, if so, how would i release? thankyou.

if before parking (for winter as you wrote) the car was normal, this case is normal too. Please make a test drive with the car. Drive the car with low gear high rpm value.
Car will come to life again!

no I do not agree, there should not be a device in stuck position. In my opinion, if after tune-up adjustment (that is called as Italian adjustment, low gear high rpm), if the car has still same problem, oen alternative can be sparkplugs, please check them, the other one can be ignition coils, or cables of them, please check them, also after all checkings next step will be injectors.
