Volvo Repair: replacing antenna mast, antenna mast, antenna assembly

I have a 740 Turbo Volvo. The atenna mast broke and I got a replacement for it. I was wondering how to replace it. It is a antenna mast with a plastic actuating strip.

all you do is remove the large nut that holds the antenna assembly onto the fender.this is the large nut on top of the fender.then install the new mast and turn the radio on then off to put the mast down.then reinstall nut.if there is a part of the old cable stuck into the motor it will need to be taken apart to remove the old piece.
