BMW: BMW 318ti start problem, bmw 318ti, high octane

Question
QUESTION: I have been having a problem with my car turning over and not starting. It eventually starts, but it turns over for at least 30 seconds. I have had it to the dealer numerous times. I have changed the coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, and fuel filter. I have tried numerous kinds of gas...all high octane. I have put dry gas in and everything. The dealer can't seem to find anything wrong and I even left it there for a week and a half while I went on vacation. I just don't know what to do with it anymore. Any suggestions would be helpful.

ANSWER: could you please tell is your car does this (it doesn't work easily while the engine is cold and it starts normal when the engine becomes hot)?

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: When it first started it only did it when it was cold, so I told the dealer to make sure they keep it outside overnight because I was sure it would do it for them. It never did for them. (This was the last week in December) Now it seems to do it every morning. I know it hasn't been that warm (I live in Pennsylvania), but there has been a few days that it was warmer and it still did it.

Answer
