help my headlights will not go out unless i disconnect the battery.  also my drivers door will not open from the outside

As for your headlights, I'd have to suggest the headlight switch may be bad. Your car should be equipped with automatic headlights, so I'm not sure if its the auto assembly or the switch. As for the door, I'd say that your pull rod probably came off as a result of wearing out or slamming the door.
